My Craft

I’m a Freelance Marketing Specialist with expertise in writing, content strategy, and design.

I’m also an artist—I draw and take photographs, particularly for each blog post I create. Each blog contains a corresponding audio recording so that my stories are more accessible (and because voice recording is fun).

My Experiences

I’ve healed from trauma, illnesses, and shame (though healing is always an ongoing journey).

Some of my experiences include:

  • Healing my postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS)

  • Recovering from a ten-year-long eating disorder

  • Breaking my pattern of codependency

  • Regaining self-esteem, confidence, and a healthy body image

  • Diminishing my social anxiety and depression
